Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 and legally able to enter a contract. Provide accurate information, use only an account you are authorized to use, and keep access to your email secure. You are responsible for activity carried out through your account unless you promptly tell us about unauthorized access.

The service

Sleep Reset provides general educational and wellness habit support. It is not medical care, does not diagnose or treat a condition, and is not a substitute for advice from a qualified healthcare professional. Results depend on the answers you provide and are not guaranteed outcomes.

If sleepiness makes driving, operating equipment or another activity unsafe, do not continue that activity and seek appropriate professional help. Do not change medication or treatment based on the service.

Plans, introductory pricing and renewal

The Premium Sleep Archetype Report costs $1.95 today. This initial charge unlocks the full report and starts a seven-day trial of the Sleep Reset membership.

Unless you cancel before the seven-day trial ends, the subscription automatically renews at $39.95 every four weeks until canceled. The offer and checkout pages identify the amount charged today, the trial length, the renewal amount and the renewal frequency before you authorize payment.

Taxes may be added where required. Stripe processes payment information under its own terms and privacy policy. If a payment fails, access may be limited or suspended while payment remains outstanding.

Cancellation and refunds

You can cancel at any time from the member account page by selecting “Cancel subscription” and confirming through Stripe. Cancellation stops future renewals. Access ordinarily continues until the end of the paid billing period.

Your first purchase is covered by our 30-day satisfaction guarantee. If you are not satisfied, contact support@trywellio.com within 30 calendar days of the initial purchase using the email address associated with your account. We will refund charges made for that subscription during its first 30 days. The guarantee is available once per customer and does not cover fraud, abuse or chargeback fees. Canceling a subscription does not automatically submit a refund request.

For billing errors, duplicate charges or other refund questions, contact support@trywellio.com. Nothing in these Terms limits a mandatory cooling-off, refund or other consumer right that cannot lawfully be excluded in your country. If you request immediate access to digital content during a statutory withdrawal period, your withdrawal rights may be affected only to the extent permitted by applicable law and based on the acknowledgements collected at purchase.

Acceptable use

• Do not misuse, disrupt, probe or attempt unauthorized access to the service or another user’s account.
• Do not copy, resell, scrape or commercially exploit the program or its content except where law expressly permits it.
• Do not use the service for unlawful, fraudulent or harmful activity or submit content that violates another person’s rights.
• Do not misrepresent the service as medical advice or use it in place of required professional care.

Intellectual property

TryWellio and its licensors own the service, software, branding and program content. While your subscription is active, we grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable right to use the service for your own non-commercial purposes. You retain rights in information you submit and authorize us to process it to provide the service.

Availability, suspension and changes

We may maintain, improve or modify the service and may suspend access when reasonably necessary for security, legal compliance, non-payment or material breach. We do not promise uninterrupted availability. If we discontinue a paid service in a way that removes prepaid access, we will provide the remedy required by applicable law.

Disclaimers and liability

To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided on an “as available” basis without promises beyond those expressly stated in these Terms. We are not responsible for losses caused by events outside our reasonable control or by use contrary to these Terms.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including applicable consumer rights. Where liability can be limited, TryWellio’s aggregate liability arising from the paid service will not exceed the amount you paid to TryWellio in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.

Governing law and disputes

Please contact support@trywellio.com first so we can try to resolve a concern. These Terms are governed by the laws applicable where TryWellio operates, without depriving you of mandatory consumer protections available where you live. Claims may be brought in any court or consumer forum that has jurisdiction under applicable law.

Changes and contact

We may update these Terms prospectively. If a material change affects an existing subscription, we will provide reasonable notice and any choice required by law. Continued use after the effective date means the updated Terms apply. Contact support@trywellio.com with questions.
