Cookie Policy
This policy explains how TryWellio uses cookies, browser storage and similar technologies on trywellio.com.
What these technologies are
Cookies are small data files stored by a website in your browser. We also use local storage, which lets the browser retain information on your device. Similar technologies can remember a session, preference or interaction.
Essential storage
These technologies are necessary to provide features you request, preserve security or remember your privacy choice. They do not require optional analytics consent where applicable law provides an essential-storage exception.
- Authentication and security cookies provided through Supabase keep you signed in and protect account access.
- The pipeline_anonymous_session cookie connects an assessment session to its saved result for up to 30 days.
- Local storage remembers assessment answers, generated results, program progress and required interface state on the device.
- A consent preference records whether you selected essential-only storage or allowed optional analytics.
Optional analytics and advertising
With your consent, TryWellio may use PostHog and Meta Pixel to understand visits, assessment completion and subscription conversion. Optional analytics and advertising measurement are not sent to those providers unless you select “Allow analytics & advertising.” We do not send assessment answers to Meta Pixel or use them for cross-context behavioral advertising.
Meta Pixel may use cookies or similar identifiers and receive page, browser, device, approximate-location and referral information after consent. You can withdraw that consent at any time using the preference control below.
Managing your choice
You can change your analytics choice at any time using the button below. You can also remove stored data through your browser settings. Blocking essential storage may prevent the assessment, sign-in or member program from working correctly.
Changes and contact
We may update this policy when technologies or providers change. Contact support@trywellio.com with questions about our use of cookies or similar storage.
