Privacy Policy

Who is responsible for your information

TryWellio is the operator and data controller for the personal information described in this policy. Privacy questions and requests can be sent to support@trywellio.com.

Sleep Reset is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18.

Information we collect

How and why we use information

For people in the EEA or UK, our legal bases are performance of our contract, compliance with legal obligations, our legitimate interests in securing and improving the service, and consent where required. We rely on explicit consent to process assessment information that may reveal health-related or similarly sensitive information. Withdrawing consent does not affect processing already carried out lawfully, but may prevent us from providing features that require those answers.

Service providers and disclosures

We disclose information only as needed to operate the service, complete transactions, follow your instructions or meet legal obligations. Providers currently include Vercel for hosting, Supabase for database and authentication services, Stripe for payments and subscription management, Resend for email delivery and support routing, and Meta Platforms for consent-based advertising measurement. Optional analytics or advertising providers receive data only when the applicable consent choice permits it.

We may also disclose information to professional advisers, authorities or other parties when reasonably necessary to comply with law, protect users or the service, investigate misuse, or complete a merger, financing, acquisition or sale subject to appropriate safeguards.

We do not sell personal information for money. We do not use assessment answers for cross-context behavioral advertising. If our practices change, we will provide the notices and choices required by applicable law before doing so.

International transfers and security

Some providers may process information outside your country. Where required, we use recognized transfer safeguards, such as adequacy decisions or standard contractual clauses, together with appropriate technical and organizational measures.

We use access controls, encryption in transit, managed infrastructure and restricted administrative access designed to protect personal information. No online service can guarantee absolute security.

How long we keep information

We keep account, assessment and program information while your account is active and for only as long afterward as reasonably necessary to provide the service, resolve disputes, enforce agreements and meet legal obligations. Billing, consent, security and transaction records may be retained for the periods required by tax, accounting, fraud-prevention or other applicable laws. When information is no longer needed, we delete or de-identify it, subject to limited backup retention.

Your privacy rights

Depending on where you live, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability or a copy of your personal information, and you may object to certain processing or withdraw consent. Send a request to support@trywellio.com. We may need to verify your identity and may retain information where an exception or legal obligation applies.

EEA and UK users may also complain to their local data-protection authority. California residents may have rights to know, delete and correct personal information, to limit certain uses of sensitive personal information, to opt out of sale or sharing, and to receive equal service when exercising a privacy right. An authorized agent may submit a verifiable request where permitted. TryWellio does not currently sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.

Changes and contact

We may update this policy when the service or applicable requirements change. We will post the revised version here and provide additional notice when a change materially affects your rights. Contact support@trywellio.com with questions or requests.
